The 360-degree assessment gives you honest and concrete feedback on the focus person's strengths and development areas and can be applied to all types of managers and employees. The focus person assesses themselves on a number of competences and core areas, and this assessment is compared to the selected respondents' answers.

Respondents could be other managers, colleagues, employees, suppliers and internal or external stakeholders.

360-degree evaluation allows for a nuanced and concrete assessment, not either/or, but to what degree. It is direct and normative, which makes it possible to say whether the environment perceives that the person is doing well or badly. It allows for operational ROI and tangible evidence of the impact of interventions, for example as pre- and post-measurement.

The analysis can be based on existing questionnaires as you build your own base, such as a standard manager or salesperson model. The analysis can also be based on customised questionnaires that are created and adapted to each department and situation.

The question frame can be set up in the languages of your choice - we offer question frames in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and English.

HR Solutions sends a cover letter, links and password that the company can forward to the respondents. The focus person and respondents complete the questionnaire online. HR Solutions follows up and sends an overview of any missing responses so that the company can send the respondents a reminder. Finally, HR Solutions sends the report to the company. The report is easy to read and provides a clear picture of your own and the respondents' perception of behaviour and focus areas. It also makes it possible to compare the responses of several respondent groups.

The 360-degree analysis should always result in an action plan where concrete actions are taken to improve the individual areas. We recommend using HRM-Nordic Pulse for follow-up and repeat a new 360-degree measurement 6 - 12 months later as a post measurement.
