The process

The certification takes place over one intensive course day, where the fundamentals of Extended DISC are reviewed and how it differs from other DISC versions. The entire programme can be divided into 3 steps:

Step 1: E-learning

Prior to your conversion certification, you will go through a thorough E-learning programme that provides insight and understanding of the Extended DISC terminology.

Step 2: Training day

On the training day itself, you will get a deeper insight into the Extended DISC terminology and how it differs from the other DISC versions.

Step 3: Daily life

You now have a valuable tool that you can effectively use in your daily work to develop employees and managers, as well as test candidates in the recruitment process.
