René Daugaard Thiel is new Sales Manager at HR Solutions

We are pleased to introduce René to our team at HR Solutions & HRM Nordic. René Daugaard Thiel joins as Sales Manager in a role focusing on leadership development, team development and organisational development. He comes with a solid background as Senior Relations Manager at Center for Ledelse, where he has worked with the development of leaders and organisations in some of Denmark's most influential companies.

René's main responsibilities will be to engage in close dialogue with our customers to identify needs, design effective solutions and implement targeted development activities:

Background and experience in leadership development

René has more than 15 years of experience in developing people and organisations. His educational background includes a sales assistant programme, an academy degree in management and a diploma in business pedagogy.

He has held leadership roles as a brand consultant at Procter & Gamble, Valora and Danisco, been Sales Manager at Aker Seafoods and Tulip, and Head of Education at Tradium and Aarhus Business College. Most recently, he has run his own consultancy business and worked as Senior Relations Manager at the Centre for Leadership.

This combination of solid theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience makes René Daugaard Thiel a
strong and trusted partner for both Danish and international organisations. With his deep understanding of organisational development and team dynamics, he is able to design tailor-made solutions that meet specific needs. René also ensures a professional execution of both development and training programmes that create lasting results and tangible value for customers and partners.

Private life: René, family and leisure

René lives in Randers C. with his wife Rikke. Together they have a blended family with three grown-up children, and in January they became grandparents for the first time - a role they thoroughly enjoy. René likes to spend his free time enjoying good food and wine in the company of close friends, as well as keeping up to date with audiobooks and podcasts when he's travelling or working out. René and his wife Rikke also enjoy lacing up their hiking boots and experiencing nature. At home, they have a tradition of reading novels aloud to each other to round off the day in peace and quiet.
