Siden 2006 har HR Solutions udviklet og leveret professionelle HR-løsninger, software og målrettede kompetenceforløb til organisationer i både Danmark og udlandet. Fra vores hovedkontor i Hadsten og gennem stærke samarbejdspartnere i Tyskland, Holland samt Australien/New Zealand arbejder vi internationalt – men altid med mennesket i fokus.

Work environment

A good work environment has a big impact on our everyday lives and the ability to have a good working life and to fulfil the demands placed on each employee.

We strive to create the best framework and conditions for our employees.

Our starting point is the whole person - taking into account family circumstances, the individual and the organisation.

Every 12 months, the company carries out a workplace assessment and a satisfaction survey, which forms the basis for ensuring a good working environment where physical and mental conditions are scrutinised.

The company's management works continuously with the working environment and employee well-being through regular conversations every 6 weeks.

The story

I got the idea for HR Solution in 2006.

At that time, I and a number of colleagues were already working on the development of Extended DISC® and Situational Leadership®. Today, we offer our own Danish-developed HR System - HRM-Nordic.

Through contact with a large number of Danish HR departments, managers, consultants and municipalities, the demand for HR solutions grew and grew, from which the idea was born.

Today, we do our utmost to match our customers' needs. This means that HR Solution always endeavours to be future-oriented so that our solutions are up to date.

HR Solution's concepts are solutions for people, made by people. Our solutions are always thoroughly tested and customised to local conditions.

Our cornerstones have always been respect, solution-orientation, determination and quality. It's a common thread that we live by and runs through our daily work.
