Hvad er ISO/IEC 27001?

ISO 27001 is an international management standard for information security. The standard is a management tool that helps organisations protect valuable information - including personal data - in a secure and trustworthy manner. ISO 27001 sets out requirements for risk management, documentation of processes and allocation of roles and responsibilities for information security.

The purpose of ISO/IEC 27001 is to achieve effective information security management that fits the specific needs of our organisation and to ensure that this effectiveness is maintained through a process of continuous improvement. This means that information security is constantly updated so that we as a company are able to meet the challenges of an ever-changing business world.

ISO/IEC 27001 is a standard that we as a company have been certified in, which means that we have documentation that we fulfil the requirements of the standard.

Databehandleraftale (DPA)

For at sikre korrekt håndtering af personoplysninger i overensstemmelse med GDPR, skal der indgås en databehandleraftale mellem jer som dataansvarlige virksomhed og HR Solutions som databehandler.

En databehandleraftale beskriver blandt andet:

• Hvilke persondata vi behandler på jeres vegne

• Hvilke sikkerhedsforanstaltninger vi anvender

• Hvordan data opbevares, beskyttes og slettes

• Hvem der har ansvar for hvad

• Hvordan eventuelle brud på datasikkerheden håndteres

Aftalen er et lovkrav og sikrer, at jeres data behandles sikkert og forsvarligt.
