Virtual certification in sales competency assessment
Extended DISC / FinxS has, in collaboration with Sandler Training, assessed hundreds of thousands of salespeople and developed the FinxS Sales Assessment tool to map a salesperson's strengths and development areas in 18 crucial competences.
By identifying strengths and development areas within the 18 sales competences, the FinxS Sales Assessment provides clear and concrete information that creates the preconditions for success for the salesperson's development and provides recommendations for developing these.
We also work with the Seller's Mindset - what the person's common path to closing a sale is. We work with 12 Mindsets are the building blocks behind the 18 sales competences.
