    Be certified

    Step 1: E-learning

The e-learning course consists of 7 lessons + 1 test with internships in between.

The final test must be passed before the certification days.

The e-learning course can be completed at your own pace, so you can log off and on as many times as you like.

    Step 2: Your reasoning

Before the certification days, you must yourself, as well as have three “testpersons”, to complete a reasoning test.
The results from this will be used as a background for training and feedback on the actual certification day.

    Step 3: Certification training

The certification will be completed virtually over 3 x 2 hours with a focus on exercises, interpretation and how to actively use Reasoning testing in competence development as well as in recruitment.

Benefits from the certification – what do you get with you?

On the 3 x 2 hours certification, you learn to interpret and give feedback to the analyzed person, where you also get good advice on how to give the best possible feedback.

The certification in the Reasoning test gives you the prerequisite to be able to develop your employees or recruit the right person for the job.

Reasoning testing can advantageously be combined with Extended DISC Basic, to nuance the image of the candidate even more.

The certification is based on the 3G factors, which were developed by Charles Edward Spearman in 1904.

To be certified in a vocational test, you must complete the 9 tests yourself and undergo an e-learning course.

The theory and the results are used as a background for training in feedback on the tests, so that the results can then be compared with different target groups.
