The Mini Extended DISC Profile is a 4-page version, which provides insights in the following areas:

The person's natural behaviour
Description of the personal behaviour
Graphical representation of the personal behaviour
The person's strengths and motivation areas

 

The Person Analysis is an analysis tool in the FinxS platform. The analysis is based on Extended DISC® Behavioural Profiling, which is based on behavioural theories that have been in use for over 80 years. They are based on the foundation developed by Dr Carl Gustav Jung.

The letters DISC represent the four main behaviour types. Dominance, Influence, Stability and Control/Compliance
