We've created a hiring manager report that can be handed over to the manager with the most essential information to enable them to manage and motivate the new employee in the best possible way.
Easy to understand
The manager gets a report that doesn't require interpretation. It is easy to understand and makes good suggestions for focus areas.
Our recommendation: Use it both before the new employee starts and in the ongoing 1-on-1 dialogues with them. This way, there is an ongoing alignment between the manager and the employee.
This is what the report contains:
- Graphical representation of the candidate's natural behaviour
- Candidate ranking in the Extended DISC Diamond and explanation
- Candidate's comfortable and flexible areas
- How the candidate is perceived by others
- The candidate's wishes for leadership, motivational areas, decision makers, etc.
