Extended DISC® Advanced Team certification
The purpose of this certification is to give the participants ideas and try out different exercises on how team development is used in other organisations, and thereby how you can further apply team development. This will be done through sparring, dialogue and experience development with the other participants from other participating organisations.
To participate in the Extended DISC Advanced Team certification, you must be certified in Extended DISC Team Composition and Development.
On the certification days, there is a strong focus on making everyone feel welcome and ready to contribute with relevant experiences and in-depth questions. That's why our teams are also limited to a maximum of 8 people to maintain the presence and contact so that everyone gets the chance to be heard.
