Virtual certification in Extended DISC® Advanced Training
Extended course for those who have a certification in Extended DISC Basicand who want deeper insights and greater understanding. The focus is on interpretation tasks and the latest possibilities in FinxS. This can be done in just one day.
This extension will focus more on the DISC profiles' low D, I, S and C factors based on King, Queen, Jack and Joker. The latest theory on the influence of the highest and lowest factors on the person's decisions, communication and general behaviour will be applied. Furthermore, the focus will be on the extent of the profile and the percentages.
On the certification days, there is a strong focus on making everyone feel welcome and ready to contribute with relevant experiences and in-depth questions. That's why our teams are a maximum of 6 people to maintain the presence and contact so that everyone gets the chance to be heard.
The certification process
The only prerequisite for attending Extended DISC Advanced Training is that you are certified in Extended DISC Basic.
Step 1: E-learning course
Completion of the E-learning course (duration approx. 1-1½ hours).
Step 2: Virtual training
Duration: 2 hours, including a short break after 1 hour.
Step 3: Virtual training
Duration: 2 hours, including a short break after 1 hour.
Please noteThe 2 sessions can be conducted either over 2 days or as a morning/afternoon session on the same day.
