Each month we focus on feedback from a selected persona analysis
This profile was created in connection with participation in the Extended DISC Basic certification programme.
The person's natural behaviour is used as a starting point for further dialogue/assessment
The person focused on their current job when completing the survey, which could give an indicator of how they are doing.
The profile of the month looks like this:
The profile indicates that some adaptations are required on the job
Profile II - Natural behaviour
Shape: SCI profile
Size: Normal
Location: Normal
Profile I - conscious behaviour
Shape: S
Size: Normal
Location: Normal
Customisation: from II to I
C behaviour becomes clearly less demanded in conscious behaviour
In behaviour is slightly more required/visible in conscious behaviour
S-walking: (the difference between S-behaviour in profile II and I: S-behaviour in profile II is 55 % and in profile I is 100% so the person may experience pressure to adapt... The pressure comes because the person compromises their own attitudes, values or norms.
The biggest change is on the C-factor. Which from a high position naturally dives deep into profile two. In addition, we see a minor change in the need for influence (I-behaviour).
The strength of the profile lies in its stability, which with the combination of the low D (profile II) will try to hold on to traditions, the way we do things and the experiences gained through life.
When implementing job changes, this requires reflection and trust. Profile I indicates that there is no time or resources to build structure or time to do things well enough.
