360 degree analysis

360-degree feedback gives you honest and concrete feedback on the candidate's strengths and development areas. The analysis can be applied to all kinds of managers and employees. The candidate assesses themselves on a number of competences and core areas, where this assessment is compared to the selected responses from the respondents.

Respondents could be other managers, colleagues, employees, suppliers and internal or external stakeholders.

360-degree feedback allows for a nuanced and concrete assessment, not either/or but to what degree. It is direct and normative, making it possible to say whether the environment perceives the candidate to be doing well or not. It allows for operational ROIs and tangible evidence of the impact of efforts, such as pre- and post-measurement.

The analysis can be based on existing questionnaires that have gradually built up a base of their own, e.g. a standard manager or salesperson model. The analysis can also be based on customised questionnaires that are created and adapted to the individual department and situation.

The questions can be set up in the language of your choice, we initially have a question framework in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and English.

    THE PROCESS TOWARDS 365 DEGREE ANALYSIS

    HRHR Solutions sends cover letters, links and passwords that the organisation can forward to the respondents. The candidate and respondents complete the survey online. HR Solutions follows up and sends an overview of any missing responses so that the organisation can send reminders to the respondents. Finally, HR Solutions sends the report to the organisation. The report is easy to read and provides a clear picture of your own and the respondents' perception of behaviour and focus areas. It also makes it possible to compare several of the answers from the respondent group.

    An action plan should always emerge from the 360-degree analysis, where concrete actions are taken to improve the individual areas. We recommend using HRM-Nordic Measure for follow-up and taking another 360-degree measurement 6-12 months as a follow-up.
