Extended DISC ® Advanced Training Certification

Extended course for those who have a certification in Extended DISC Basic and want deeper insight and understanding. The focus is on interpretation tasks and the latest possibilities in FinxS. This can be done in just one day.

This extension will focus more on the DISC profiles' low D, I, S and C factors based on King, Queen, Jack and Joker. The latest theory on the influence of the highest and lowest factors on the person's decisions, communication and general behaviour will be applied. Furthermore, the focus will be on the extent of the profile and the percentages.

On the certification days, there is a strong focus on making everyone feel welcome and ready to contribute with relevant experiences and in-depth questions. That's why our teams are a maximum of 8 people to maintain the presence and contact so that everyone gets the chance to be heard.

The only prerequisite for attending the Extended DISC Advanced Training is that you are certified in Extended DISC Basic.
