Team analyses

Team analysis is the ideal tool for improving resource utilisation and minimising internal team conflicts. The analysis provides insight and understanding of the motivational factors and behaviours of individuals in the team. The analysis is adapted to the behavioural competencies that are important in the team in question.

With Extended DISC® team analysis, you get a better overview of how to build or develop the strongest and most effective teams, their behavioural strengths and weaknesses, as well as an overview of how much energy is spent in the team. This helps identify which areas your team is more motivated in than others.

The Team Analysis is an analysis tool on the FinxS platform. The analysis is based on Extended DISC® Behavioural Profiling, which is based on behavioural theories that have been in use for over 80 years. They are based on the foundation developed by Dr Carl Gustav Jung.

The letters DISC represent the four main behaviour types: Dominance, Influence, Stability and Control
