The Team Analysis is an analysis tool on the FinxS platform. The analysis is based on Extended DISC® Behavioural Profiling, which is based on behavioural theories that have been used for over 80 years. It is based on the foundation of Dr Carl Gustav Jung.
The letters DISC represent the four main behavioural styles: Dominance, Influence, Stability and Cunroll
