Extended DISC Team

With the Extended DISC Team certification, you get a better overview of how to build or develop the strongest and most effective teams. The team analysis can be used in all types of companies, organisations, team coaching and sports where team development and joint performance are important for success.

Through Extended DISC Team Composition and Development, you'll gain a greater understanding of team roles and how they interact. You will be able to identify areas for development in existing teams and be able to build new and more effective teams.

With a team certification, you gain an increased understanding of team members' strengths and development areas, plus you become self-aware of your own strengths and development areas in relation to your own teamwork. In addition, you'll receive a proven team development roadmap at the certification.

Certifications

The certification is aimed at those who work with team composition and development and who want a deeper insight, new tools and approaches to their work. This is for you as a manager, internal HR employee or external consultant.

On the certification days, there is a strong focus on making everyone feel welcome and ready to contribute with relevant experiences and in-depth questions. That's why our teams are a maximum of 8 people to maintain the presence and contact so that everyone gets the chance to be heard.

The certification process consists of 3 steps:

Step 1: E-learning course

The e-learning course consists of 5 lessons + 1 test with practice exercises in between. The final test must be passed before the certification days. The e-learning course can be completed at your own pace, so you can log on and off as many times as you like.

Step 2: Team composition

Before the certification days, you also need to find a team to work with. These people will all need to complete a persona analysis so that a team report can be drawn up.

Step 3: Certification day

On the certification day, we work practically with your team. The result can be, for example, a plan for how you can work with your team in the future. The certification also consists of a combination of theory, games, exercises and practical cases.
