Suggested application method
The person who has completed an Extended DISC Person Analysis prioritises the four cards. The card that best describes the person is placed first and so on with the other cards.
The subsequent dialogue can be based on, for example:
- Whether prioritisation aligns with the results of the analysis
- If prioritisation does not match the results of the analysis
- The reason why the focus person has made this particular choice
