We offer a new concept in workplace assessments. It is based on a digital, dynamic questionnaire that adapts to the employee's specific choices during the response process. This way, the employee only answers questions that are relevant as far as possible. This ensures an easy and efficient response for the employee, but it also ensures that you as a company only receive relevant responses.

 

Dynamic and thorough workplace assessment

A workplace assessment is required by law and must be carried out at least every three years or when there are major changes in the company. However, it's not just legal sanctions that are the consequence of not conducting a workplace assessment: an unhealthy work environment can be felt on the bottom line.

Our 3-step workplace assessment ensures the most thorough and effective mapping of the work environment. Developed as a dynamic questionnaire, 3-step FPA areas adapt to each employee's physical activities, work location and social and mental circumstances, and only delve into relevant areas.

In addition, the questionnaire allows employees to describe their specific solutions. You therefore get solutions from the people who are closest to the potential problems and therefore have the greatest insight into the problems.

I Basic package you get the dynamic 3-step workplace assessment questionnaire, a digital reporting of the questionnaire, and a written guide including tips for the remaining 4 phases of the workplace assessment process.

 

The topic pack is an add-on package to the basic package. Here you can expand the questionnaire with questions on a specific topic, such as workplace culture, well-being after the corona crisis, psychological safety or remote first.

Workshop packages consists of the basic package plus two workshops; one before the questionnaire is sent out to employees and one when the digital reporting is ready.

In the first workshop, we help you get started with the workplace assessment process, aligning expectations and special focus areas in the process. In the second workshop, we facilitate the work on the action plan in collaboration with you, so you can create a thorough and clear action plan for any problems with the working environment.

The workshop package covers phases 1 to 4 of the statutory workplace assessment process.
