Job profile - When the candidate needs to match the job requirements

How do you choose the right profile?

A job profile allows you to set up a requirements specification that you can use as a benchmark for recruitment and/or career development.

The job profile is an easy-to-read profile that provides a quick overview of the percentage match between the job requirements and the candidate's behavioural competencies. In the profile, you can see the total percentage match on all requirement specifications as well as the percentage match on each selected behavioural competency.

You get a visual overview of the focus persona's strengths and weaknesses in a wide range of self-selected areas that you choose to focus on.

A job profile with selected behavioural competencies is created and scored. A behavioural profile is created person profile - Based on this, the job profile is created. The job profile has more than 1000 different behavioural competencies to choose from.
