Extended DISC / FinxS has, in collaboration with Sandler Training, assessed hundreds of thousands of salespeople to create the FinxS Sales Assessment tool - a sales test for sales training. Here we map a salesperson's strengths and development areas in 18 crucial competences.

By identifying strengths and development areas within the 18 sales competences, the FinxS Sales Assessment provides clear and concrete information that creates the prerequisites for successful salesperson development and provides recommendations for developing these. In other words; a sales training for your salespeople. 

We also work with the Seller's Mindset - what the person's common path to closing a sale is. We work with the 12 Mindsets, which are the building blocks behind the 18 sales competences.

    FinxS Sales Assessment is used all over the world, which means you can get the report in a variety of languages and work with international organisations.

    To work with sales competency assessment yourself, you need to complete a certification course. On the certification days, there is a strong focus on making everyone feel welcome and ready to contribute with relevant experiences and in-depth questions. Therefore, our teams are limited to a maximum of 8 people to maintain the presence and contact so that everyone gets the chance to be heard.
