At HR Solutions ApS, we approach sustainability from a practical and values-based perspective. For us, ESG is not just about policies and reporting, but about the actions and decisions we make in our day-to-day work.

As an organisation, our greatest impact relates to people, culture and responsible leadership. That is why our ESG strategy is structured around three key focus areas: environmental responsibility, social issues and good corporate governance.
Environmental responsibility
We are constantly working to reduce our resource consumption through digitalisation, recycling and responsible operations. Our focus is on minimising unnecessary consumption, reducing waste and ensuring sustainable solutions in our day-to-day work.
Social conditions
People are at the heart of our organisation. We prioritise staff well-being, skills development and an inclusive working environment characterised by a high degree of cooperation and trust. We work actively to create a workplace that offers a safe environment, ongoing development and room for diversity.

We view ESG as an ongoing process. That is why we are working hard to strengthen our data and set specific targets, so that we can continuously document our progress and ensure that we are moving in a more sustainable direction.

Our ESG work is a key part of our strategic direction and forms the basis for a structured approach to sustainability, which also creates value for our stakeholders. The report covers the financial year from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 and is inspired by the voluntary ESG standard (VSME).
