Extended DISC Advanced Training is an advanced course for those who are already certified in Extended DISC Personality Analysis and wish to gain an even deeper understanding of the profiles. On this course, we go a step further than the basic certification and work in greater detail on how behaviour manifests itself in practice, how profiles influence one another, and how you can interpret the nuances in the analyses even more accurately. You will gain concrete tools to understand behavioural patterns, explain profiles even more clearly, and create greater value for the people and organisations you work with.

Take your Extended DISC knowledge to the next level

Extended DISC Advanced Training builds on your existing certification in Extended DISC Personality Analysis. Whilst the basic certification provides you with the foundation for understanding DISC profiles, the Advanced Training delves deeper into the patterns and dynamics underlying the analyses. 

You will learn to recognise the finer nuances in the profiles and gain a better understanding of why some profiles react or behave in certain ways. At the same time, you will gain insight into how the strength of profiles can vary depending on context, relationships and surroundings. 

The course also gives you the opportunity to work on your own case studies and profiles, enabling you to put theory directly into practice. The aim is that, by the end of the course, you will be even more confident in your role as a consultant, coach or HR professional.

Gain an even deeper understanding of profiles

Learn to recognise patterns, strengths and stubbornness

When you start working with DISC profiles in more depth, it becomes clear that profiles are not just about the four behavioural styles – but also about the relationships between them and the patterns that emerge within the profiles. 

At Advanced Training, we focus on: 

  • Stubbornness in profiles 
    You will learn to identify the areas in a profile where a person may be more set in their ways, and how these patterns can affect collaboration, communication and decision-making. 

  • The Royal Family in profiles 
    You will gain insight into how profiles influence and reinforce one another through so-called Royal Family relationships, and how this can explain why certain behavioural patterns become stronger or weaker. 

  • Deeper understanding of profiles 
    We explore in greater depth how you can interpret the profiles and explain them in a way that fosters greater understanding and reflection in the person who has taken the analysis. 

This knowledge makes it easier to provide more precise feedback, conduct more effective performance reviews and gain more valuable insights into working with people.

Training courses at HR Solutions

We offer Extended DISC TEAM certification both as an in-person course and as an online certification programme. On the in-person course, we work intensively with profiles, theory and practical examples. The teaching alternates between presentations, dialogue, exercises and reflection, so that you gain new knowledge and have the opportunity to apply it in practice. The online course consists of three interactive sessions, in which we work step by step through the key elements of Advanced Training.
