A 360-degree evaluation allows for a nuanced and concrete assessment – not a simple ‘either/or’, but rather ‘to what extent’. It is direct and normative, making it possible to determine whether those around the individual perceive them to be performing well or poorly. This enables operational ROI and tangible evidence of the impact of initiatives, for example through pre- and post-measurements.

The 360-degree feedback process
HR Solutions will send a cover letter, links and a password, which the company can forward to the respondents. The key contact and the respondents complete the questionnaire online. HR Solutions will follow up and, if necessary, send a list of outstanding responses so that the company can remind the respondents.
Finally, HR Solutions sends the report to the company. The report is easy to read and provides a clear picture of both the company’s own and the respondents’ perceptions of behaviour and key focus areas. It also makes it possible to compare the responses of different groups of respondents. Based on the 360-degree analysis, an action plan should always be drawn up, setting out specific measures to improve each area.
Based on questionnaires
The analysis can be based on existing questionnaires whilst you build up your own database, for example a standard manager or sales representative model. The analysis can also be based on bespoke questionnaires, which are created and tailored to the individual department and the specific situation.
The questionnaire can be set up in the languages of your choice – we generally offer questionnaires in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and English.
