What is the FinxS Platform?
FinxS is an online HR platform for assessments, analyses and surveys. Its solutions help individuals, teams and organisations to develop every day by providing insights into and an understanding of motivation, behavioural styles and cognitive abilities, or by offering a snapshot of the current situation within an organisation.
Both Extended DISC and FinxS were developed by Jukka Sappinen. FinxS is a further development of Extended DISC and is based on the same tried-and-tested, validated foundation – for those who wish to be able to customise analyses with, for example, a specific layout, their own name, their own content and a specific purpose.

Development & Recruitment
The personality analysis is a valuable analytical tool for the development of employees and managers, or for assessing job candidates during the recruitment process. The analysis is based on Extended DISC terminology. It provides insight into and an understanding of the subject’s motivations and preferred behavioural style.
Team development and composition

Assessment of areas for development
With a 360° Evaluation feedback, you gain an honest and concrete tool for identifying areas for development in an employee or manager. The analysis is based on responses from both internal and external respondents, which are combined with the focus person’s own answers.
9 cognitive tests
The FinxS Business Test consists of nine subtests that measure the test-taker’s cognitive abilities and capacity for reasoning in various contexts. The test can be used both in recruitment processes and in development programmes for employees and managers. You can choose whether the test subject should complete all 9 subtests, or select the subtests that are most relevant to the purpose and the current context.
Tailor-made surveys
Address key focus areas and KPIs by conducting the specific survey that is relevant to your organisation. Examples of such surveys include workplace assessments, satisfaction surveys, and well-being analyses. You will receive a comprehensive report on the responses, which can be broken down by group, team, department or organisation

Sports competence assessment
Our Sport Assessment provides you with insights into your core behaviour in relation to your sport and how you typically perform during training and in competitive situations. At the same time, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your strengths, what motivates you, and which situations can affect your motivation in sport.
In addition, you’ll gain an insight into how your coaches and teammates might perceive your behaviour, your communication style and the way you make decisions.
Leadership Assessment
In many organisations, the leadership role is crucial for establishing direction, objectives and frameworks that can lay the foundations for success. The Leadership Assessment is based on our most comprehensive leadership report – the Management 52 report – which assesses 52 different areas of leadership.
In addition, a cognitive assessment is carried out in the areas identified, and the results are incorporated into the evaluation to provide a solid basis and foundation for both insight and development
Extended DISC certifications
We offer a range of certifications in FinxS, Extended DISC and cognitive tests, enabling you to learn how to work with and understand the terminology behind them – and thus use the tools effectively in practice. We offer certifications both for those who have never worked with tests and analyses before, and for those who wish to upgrade their existing certification.
In addition, we can offer a refresher course in Extended DISC for those of you who have not used the model and analyses for some time. HR Solutions also offers a conversion certification if you already hold a different type of DISC certification and wish to switch to Extended DISC.
