FinxS® Management 52 provides an in-depth analysis of a manager’s competencies across 52 key leadership competencies. The report highlights both strengths and areas for development, providing a solid foundation for targeted leadership development.&The 52 competencies are divided into 15 specific behavioural patterns, making it possible to identify precisely where there is a need for development or support.

Cognitive test as a supplement to the Leadership Assessment
A cognitive test provides insight into a manager’s ability to analyse information, solve complex problems and make well-considered decisions. The test provides valuable information about a manager’s analytical and cognitive strengths and offers a stronger foundation for leadership development, recruitment and strategic decision-making within the organisation.
The test comprises up to nine different subtests, which can be combined depending on the purpose – for example, recruitment or staff development.
A cognitive test is particularly useful when organisations wish to:

ensure better decisions regarding talent development
gain an insight into analytical and problem-solving skills
The aim is not necessarily to find the manager or candidate who scores the highest, but the manager or candidate who best matches the managerial role and the organisation’s needs. At HR Solutions, we typically recommend that candidates complete a maximum of four subtests to ensure the most relevant assessment.
Certification programme at HR Solutions
Before the certification process begins, participants complete an e-learning module lasting approximately two hours. The aim is to provide participants with a basic understanding of Leadership Assessment , including the key leadership competencies, behavioural patterns and leadership factors that the assessment measures.
The e-learning module also explains how the results are applied in practice to leadership development, talent development, recruitment and organisational development. At the same time, it provides insight into how the analyses can be used in coaching, feedback and the strategic development of leaders and teams. This ensures that all participants arrive well-prepared for the certification programme and derive maximum benefit from the training.
