1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services provided by HR Solutions ApS to business customers. These terms and conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer’s own

2. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in DKK excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are set out on the invoice and are, as a rule, net 8 days. In the event of late payment, interest will be charged in accordance with the Interest Act, and reminder fees will apply.

3. Delivery

Delivery will be made in accordance with the agreed delivery method. Delivery times are indicative and not binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing. HR Solutions ApS cannot be held liable for delays beyond the company’s control.

4. Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Any damage caused in transit must be reported immediately upon receipt.

5. Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for transactions between businesses (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Complaints

The customer is obliged to inspect the delivery upon receipt. Complaints regarding defects must be made in writing and without undue delay. The right to complain is governed by the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act relating to commercial purchases.

7. Liability and limitation of liability

HR Solutions ApS is solely liable for direct losses. The company is not liable for indirect losses, including operational losses, loss of profit or loss of data. Total liability shall not exceed the invoice amount for the relevant delivery.

8. Retention of title

Ownership of the goods supplied remains with HR Solutions ApS until full payment has been received.

9. Personal data

HR Solutions ApS processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and only to the extent necessary to fulfil the agreement.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute between the parties shall be settled in accordance with Danish law at the company’s registered office.
