Convert your DISC certification to Extended DISC
An Extended DISC conversion allows you to build on your existing DISC certification and expand your skills using the Extended DISC tool. Through the certification, you will gain an understanding of how Extended DISC differs from other DISC-based tools, and how you can apply the analyses professionally in your work with people and organisations.
Are you already DISC-certified?
There is growing interest in working with Extended DISC from HR Solutions, and many people are now choosing to convert their existing DISC certification to our solution. If you are already certified in, for example, Thomas Int., Discover, Everything DISC, Insights or other DISC tools, you can quickly build on your existing knowledge and become certified in Extended DISC.
To take part in the conversion certification, you simply need to provide proof of your existing DISC certification with a valid certificate. You can then quickly get started using Extended DISC in your work with people, teams and organisations.
Build on your existing DISC certification
You will learn to interpret Extended DISC analyses and apply different behavioural styles, motivators and response patterns in practice. The certification will give you a deeper understanding of what motivates people, how they react in different situations, and how their strengths and areas for development can be utilised within the organisation. At the same time, you will gain the skills to provide professional feedback on the analyses and use Extended DISC as a tool for better communication, more targeted development and a more effective utilisation of the organisation’s resources. The certification is specifically aimed at those who are already certified in another DISC tool and wish to convert their knowledge to Extended DISC.
