Finxs & Extended DISC
FinxS is an online HR platform for tests, analyses and surveys. Its solutions help individuals, teams and organisations develop every day through insights and understanding of motivation, behavioural styles, cognitive abilities or by providing a picture of the actual situation in an organisation.
Both Extended DISC and FinxS are developed by Jukka Sappinen. FinxS is a further development of Extended DISC and builds on the same proven and validated foundation - for those who want to customise analyses with e.g. a specific layout, name, content and purpose.

The team analysis is the ideal tool for better use of resources and minimising conflicts in teams. The analysis provides insight and understanding into the motivational factors and behaviour of individuals in the team.
The analysis is adapted to the behavioural competencies that are important in the team in question.
360° feedback
Evaluation of development areas
With 360° feedback, you get an honest and concrete tool to highlight areas of development in an employee or manager.
The analysis is based on responses from internal as well as external respondents, which are paired with the focus person's own
responses.

Extended DISC certifications
We offer a range of certifications in FinxS, Extended DISC and Ability Test to help you learn to work with and understand the terminology behind them so you can actively use them. There are certifications for those who have never worked with tests and analyses before and for those who want to upgrade their existing certification.
We also offer both a refresher course for those who have been away from the terminology for a while, as well as a conversion certification if you already have a DISC certification other than ours and want to switch to Extended DISC.
