Steen Enggaard

My main responsibilities involve providing guidance, advice and customer service to existing clients. In addition to existing clients, I also visit potential clients who are seeking guidance and support with the implementation of HR Solutions ApS’s solutions.

I am responsible for liaising with both small and large businesses in Jutland and on Funen.

I bring with me several years’ experience as a soldier and a few years as an organisational and management consultant. I am accustomed to tackling a wide range of tasks and working with both small and large companies. In addition, I studied economics and psychology at CBS, which provided an academic complement to my largely practical experience.

I’m really looking forward to getting started at HR Solutions and meeting you, our clients and partners – I think it’s going to be a great learning experience and really exciting!
