My main responsibility is to ensure that HR Solutions’ offerings meet our clients’ needs, and to ensure that my colleagues have the right skills to serve and advise clients and prospective clients.

I have worked in elite sport for 15 years, followed by a career in retail at Dansk Supermarked and subsequently in talent and leadership development at both Dansk Supermarked and Connectia A/S. In 2005, I was appointed Managing Director to spearhead the development of the HR Solutions you see today.
