When a team understands the different behavioural styles, it becomes easier to strengthen collaboration, adapt communication and make the most of team members’ diverse strengths. Insight into behaviour makes it possible to create better teamwork, manage differences constructively and work more purposefully towards shared goals and results. These skills can be used, amongst other things, to strengthen teamwork, foster greater understanding of different working styles and ensure a more effective utilisation of the team’s collective resources.

🟢 Stability (S) – contributes to cooperation, stability and a focus on security and continuity in the team’s work
🔵 Compliance (C) – contributes to structure, quality and an analytical approach to tasks and decisions within the team
