Training in Situational Leadership

We offer Situational Leadership as an online training programme, in which you take part in online sessions with a certified trainer. The programme allows you to work flexibly with the leadership tool, whilst developing your leadership skills through a combination of theory, dialogue and practical exercises. You will gain insight into the latest leadership theory, complete assignments between sessions and receive valuable feedback.

The online course consists of four two-hour sessions, during which you will explore Situational Leadership through a combination of theory, discussion and practical exercises.
