Welcome to Anja Amtoft – a new, yet familiar, member of the team
We are delighted to officially welcome Anja Amtoft as a permanent member of the team at HR Solutions & HRM Nordic. Anja began her journey with us in May last year as an intern, where she worked on web design and developed her skills in this field.
It has been a pleasure to follow Anja’s development and see how her creative approach and dedication have contributed to new ideas and strengthened our forward-looking strategy. She is now taking on a permanent role, in which she will be responsible for a range of exciting tasks relating to our websites and marketing initiatives.* Working on marketing tasks such as communicating news and products online* Optimising SEO and improving UX/UI design on our websites* Communicating key information to both current and prospective customers* Supporting the rest of our team within her area of expertise
Anja would like to share her journey with HR Solutions and HRM Nordic:?After a period away from the job market, I decided to take a course in Graphic Design and UX/UI (the digital user/purchase journey) to complement my existing skills in digital marketing, e-commerce and social media. This led to an internship at HR Solutions & HRM Nordic – and now to a permanent position.
Although there have been challenges along the way, the opportunity at HR Solutions & HRM Nordic has allowed me to develop and acquire new skills. I am incredibly grateful for the support I have received from my colleagues and from Kurt, and for being part of an inclusive company that believes in development and growth.
Kurt once said to me at a meeting: “We develop people”(That phrase has stuck with me ever since).
During my time at HR Solutions & HRM Nordic, I have developed new professional skills and gained valuable experience that I can apply in my future work. It has been an educational journey, during which I have had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, for which I am very grateful.?
A bit more about Anja:
Anja lives in the North Jutland town of Nørresundby, near Aalborg, with her 16-year-old son, their little cotton-top white-faced dog Thor, and her son’s exotic collection of 10 tarantulas! With a background as an internal sales assistant in the tools and machinery sector, as well as a business economics degree from 2018 at Dania Business Academy in Randers, Anja also has experience in e-commerce and online shops within the clothing industry before joining us. Anja spends her free time doing CrossFit, going for walks in the woods with their dog, painting acrylic pictures and working on other practical projects around the house. She also spends a lot of time with her son and has a surprising fondness for the music genres of heavy metal and alternative rock.
We look forward to continuing to work with Anja and are excited to see what she brings to our team in her new role.
