That is why we have launched four new online courses, in which leadership consultant René Daugaard Thiel guides you through the key themes of modern leadership and HR. 

Our new course programme has been developed for HR professionals, managers and key staff who wish to enhance their management toolkit and make a real difference in their day-to-day work. 

 

Intergenerational leadership – strengthening collaboration across age groups and levels of experience 

How do you lead a team where Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z work side by side? On this course, you will learn to understand the different mindsets of these generations and translate them into practical leadership strategies. 

You will gain an insight into what motivates young talent and how you can bridge the gap between generations, thereby enhancing both well-being and performance. Extended DISC is used as a conversation tool to foster dialogue and understanding.
