The recruitment process involves several stages: a pre-recruitment stage, the recruitment stage itself, and a post-recruitment stage. Below, you can read about which reports we recommend you use during each of these stages.
Before the phase:
Here, you will discuss the role’s requirements with the hiring manager; we recommend drawing up a job profile or analysis for the role. In addition, it is a good idea to create the role in the HRM-Nordic recruitment module and post it online on the job sites of your choice.
During the phase:
This is where the dialogue with the various candidates begins, during which you will also assess them – potentially in terms of both their behaviour and their cognitive abilities. A candidate report should also be prepared, as well as a comprehensive recruitment reportfor the recruiter. The results of the cognitive tests are prepared for both the candidate and the recruiter (note that these are two different versions).
After the phase:
Upon recruitment, we recommend that an onboarding profile and a hiring manager’s report be drawn up. These provide the manager with insight into the new employee’s motivation and the areas that are important during the onboarding phase, to ensure the best possible start for the new employee.
